An absolute precision is required for manufacturing CNC tooling: diameters, heights, radiuses,all the parameters have to be observed with zero tolerances, above all when it comes to wheels with a non-deformable diamond application such as ours. The segmented sintered GREEN wheel allows a gross rough shaping of the work piece ensuring an easy and quick stock removal.
The vacuum-brazed BLACK wheel, always keeping its true shape, ensures an accurate and unchanging shaping.
The electroplated RED wheel guarantees a perfect honing, never losing its shape. The metallic YELLOW wheel, thanks to a very fine diamond application and to a high mechanic precision, offers the finishing degree possible today. The SINTEX resin polishing wheels are made of the same rubber support as the RUBBER ones with an abrasive continuous band coating 1.5mm guaranteeing longer life and better polish when processing through materials.
RUBBER and SINTEX are interchangeable without modifying the tool setup. Turning out a very good polish on whichever type of material, excellent performance and guaranteed noiselessness.
